How to convert quotes to orders

The Convert to Order feature allows you - the store owner to convert a quote into a draft order.

To do it, please do the following steps:

Step 1: Access the Quotes page

From the Dashboard page, click Quotes in REQUEST FOR QUOTE section in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Edit the quote

To edit any quote, select the pencil icon on the list.

Step 3: Convert to order

Click the Convert to Order button.

Before converting the order, you can add the tag to the order. Please note that the action of adding a tag is only available before converting. After that, the order tag could only be changed in Shopify Admin.

After clicking, a pop-up will appear for you to review the information. On this modal, you can also change the Tax or Shipping amount.

Click Convert to start the conversion.

Once a quote has been converted to an order, a View Order button will appear. You can click the button to view the draft order in Shopify Admin.
