The Extra Fee module lets you capture these additional charges automatically and transparently, adding flexibility and profitability to your wholesale pricing system.

Automate additional charges — Apply fees based on order quantity or value thresholds so you never undercharge for complexity.
Flexible fee types — Choose between flat fees or percentage-based charges depending on your logistics and margin needs.
Targeted application — Restrict fees to specific customers, tags, or product groups, or exclude items that shouldn’t incur extra cost.
Seamless integration — Extra fees work together with your Custom Pricing, Volume Pricing and Shipping Rates to ensure a full pricing picture.
Transparent display — Fees appear clearly at checkout, giving your customers confidence that they see the full, honest cost.
Where to find it
Go to B2B pricing › Extra Fee. The page header has the module name with its On / Off switch, plus Settings, Storefront setup, More actions (Translations, Export) and Guide (opens the in-app Help center).
Don't see the Extra Fee or Shipping Rate tab? Stores that run storefront version 4 (the newest storefront bundle) don't get these two modules in the admin yet. Your existing rules are not deleted and your plan has not changed. If you think this is a mistake, chat with us.
