Registration Form Version 1 was deprecated on December 30th, 2025 and is no longer supported. If your form is still on Version 1, open it and click Switch to new version editor to upgrade it to Version 2.

Not everyone should have immediate access to your wholesale pricing—and you shouldn’t have to vet customers manually. That’s where Registration Forms come in: a customizable system designed to help you:

• Capture essential business information like company name, tax IDs, permits, or documents

• Enforce approval workflows — auto-approve or manually review each application

• Ensure that only verified buyers see your wholesale pricing and features

• Automate tagging, notifications, and filtering based on form responses

• Publish forms seamlessly on your storefront, supporting single-page or multi-step flows

🧭 Where to find it

In the Shopify admin, open the app and go to B2B customers › Registration Forms. The page has a title row with the module name, its status badge and the on/off switch. Turn the switch on so your forms load on the storefront.

• Tabs on the module home: Forms (your list of forms) and Applications (every submission waiting for your decision).

• Header buttons: Email templates and Conditional logic.

• More actions menu: Tax ID checker, Translations, reCAPTCHA, Import & export and Theme settings.

• Guide: opens the in-app Help center for the page you are on.
