# Enable or Disable the App in Your Theme

Turn the B2B Solution app embed on or off in your theme, add the app blocks some modules need, and check each module's Storefront setup, all from inside the app.

B2B rules only reach your storefront when three things are true:

1. The module is **on** (the switch next to the module name).
2. The **B2B Solution app embed** is on in your live theme.
3. For cart features, the module's **app block** is added to your cart page.

The app shows all three in place, so you do not have to guess which one is missing.

**Manual Orders** and **Auto Tags** work without the app embed. A registration form placed on a theme page needs it, because the form script loads through the embed.

## Where to see the status

* **Home › App status**: the **Storefront embed** row shows **On** or **Off**. When it is off, click **Turn on** to open the theme editor, and use **Check again** after you save. Below it, the app block rows (for example **Orders Custom Fields app block** and **Tax Exempt app block**) show **Added** or **Not added** with an **Add block** button.
* **Home › Needs your attention**: while the embed is off, the task **Turn on the app embed in your theme** appears with the same buttons.
* **Each module › Storefront setup**: the same checks for that one module (see below).
* **Module title bar**: a status badge next to the module name reads **On**, **Off** or **App embed off**. Hover it for the reason.

#### Open the theme editor from the app

Click **Turn on** in **App status** on Home. In a module, open **Storefront setup** and click **Open theme editor**. Both take you to your live theme with **App embeds** open.

#### Turn on B2B Solution under App embeds

In the theme editor, switch on **B2B Solution** under **App embeds**.

#### Click Save, then check again

Click **Save** in the theme editor, go back to the app tab and click **Check again**. The app checks your published theme, so an embed switched on in an unpublished copy only counts once that copy is live.

#### Open the theme editor

Open the theme editor from **Home › App status** or any module's **Storefront setup**.

#### Turn B2B Solution off and save

Switch **B2B Solution** off under **App embeds** and click **Save**. B2B prices and the other storefront features stop at once. Your rules and settings stay saved, and you can turn it back on any time.

Code that automatic installation or our team added to your theme files stays in the theme after you turn features off or uninstall. Message us in live chat and we remove it for you.

## Turn a module on or off

Each module has its own switch next to its name at the top of its page. Turning it off hides that module on the storefront and stops its script from loading, but keeps every rule saved. If a module is off, its **Storefront setup** shows **Turn on the ... module** with a **Turn on module** button.

## Storefront setup, per module

Open **Storefront setup** from the module's header (or **More actions** if it is not visible). It is available for Custom Pricing, Price Lists, Volume Pricing, Extra Fee, Net Terms, Discount Codes, Buy One Get One, Tax Exempt, Tax Display and Multi-currency. Orders Custom Fields has one page called **Storefront**.

The page lists these checks, each with a fix next to it:

### Add app blocks (cart features)

**Net Terms**, **Tax Exempt** (tax ID field), **Discount Codes** (discount code box) and **Orders Custom Fields** each add something to your cart page through an app block. When the block is missing, the Storefront setup shows **Not added yet** and an **Add app block** button that opens the theme editor at the right place. Add the block, click **Save**, and come back. The registration form block is optional: the page link and shortcode work without it.

### Automatic installation

For **Custom Pricing**, **Price Lists**, **Volume Pricing** and **Tax Display**, the app can add small markers to your theme so prices update in the right place.

Under **Automatic installation**, choose your theme in **Select a theme to install into**.

Click **Install**. The code goes into the selected theme only, so you can pick an unpublished copy, test it, then publish.

After it runs, the page shows **Module installed** (theme files were updated) or **Code installed** (nothing needed to change, because the code was already there).

If the feature already works on your storefront, do not reinstall: it can duplicate code and cause conflicts.

The **Install** button is disabled when none of your themes is supported. See [List of Supported Themes](/b2b-wholesale-solution/getting-started/list-of-supported-themes.md). If your theme is missing from the list, click **Contact support** or **Ask support**: our team sets it up on your theme for free.

### Advanced installation

**Advanced installation** is a manual setup for developers, typically about 30 minutes: insert the app snippet into your theme (Liquid), preview prices on product and collection pages, and test during checkout. Click **Start coding** to begin.

## Switched or updated your theme?

The app embed, the app blocks and the installed code belong to one theme. After you switch themes or publish an updated copy, turn on the app embed in the new theme, add the app blocks again and run **Automatic installation** there, or ask support to do it.

## Storefront still not showing?

Work through these in order:

1. Turn on the app embed (Home › App status), Save, then **Check again**.
2. Turn on the module (**Turn on module** in Storefront setup).
3. Test as a customer the rule applies to, for example one with the rule's customer tag. Guests and customers without the tag keep seeing normal prices.
4. Add the app block for cart features.
5. Still nothing? Click **Ask support** in Storefront setup. Our team sets it up on your theme for free.

If **Optimize B2B script loading** is on (**Settings › General**), B2B pricing and order scripts do not load for visitors who are not logged in. Keep it off if guests should get B2B prices or order rules.
