1. Enable the integration

In the Sales channel section, choose POS > Settings > General > POS app

Select the BSS B2B POS, and click "Add" to turn on the "Smart grid tile" on the POS

This integration is available on the PLATINUM plan

2. Create a B2B Order on POS

Step 1: Add product/customer to the cart

Step 2: Back to the home page to "Apply the discount" by clicking on the tile

After applying the discount, here is the result on the cart page

Limitations:

Due to the limitations of POS, here are some configurations that will not be active on your POS:

Hide

  • Market conditions: specific markets

  • Product conditions: product collections

This means if your rule contains one of these settings, it will not work on POS.
