# Manual Orders

The Manual Orders module lets you create draft orders on behalf of your B2B customers directly from the app — with all wholesale pricing rules applied automatically.

This is designed for sales reps, account managers, and support staff who create orders for customers rather than having them self-serve.

## What It Does

* Create draft orders for existing Shopify customers (add a new customer in Shopify first)
* Automatically apply eligible Custom Pricing, Price List and Volume Pricing rules based on the customer
* Add order or line discounts, or pick one of your discount code rules
* Send an invoice or mark the order as paid to complete it in Shopify
* Import existing Shopify draft orders to edit or copy

## Integration with Other Modules

Manual Orders works with:

## Where to find it

Go to **B2B orders & discounts › Manual Orders** (route `/order-management/mo`). The page has one workspace section, **Orders**, which lists every draft order created with the module.

* The title has an **On/Off** switch. Turn **Manual Orders** on before you start: while it is off, the order page does not show **Save**.
* The list shows *Showing X of Y orders* with the columns **ID**, **Customer**, **Date**, **Total**, **Order status** (Open or Completed) and **Action** (pen icon to edit).
* Click **Create order** to build a new order, or **Refresh from Shopify** to pull the latest data from Shopify. Select one or more rows and click **Delete** to remove draft orders (this cannot be undone).
* With no orders yet, the page shows **No draft orders yet** and a **Create order** button.

## 🛠️ What you can do

* **Create Orders with B2B pricing**: place orders for your customers with Custom Pricing, Price List and Volume Pricing applied.
* **Edit existing draft orders**: change products, addresses, discounts, shipping and tax, then save.
* **Import Shopify draft orders**: start from a draft order you already have, with **Import draft order**.
* **Send invoices and mark orders as paid**: email Shopify's invoice to the customer or complete the order.
* **Set payment terms**: tick **Payment due later** to add terms such as Within 30 days.
