B2B Solution offers four plans — Free, Essentials, Advanced and Platinum — billed monthly or yearly through Shopify, with a 14-day free trial on your first paid subscription.
Whatever your store size, you can start free and move up as your wholesale business grows. Billing is handled by Shopify, so all charges appear on your Shopify invoice.

Free has no time limit: 1 Custom Pricing rule, 1 Volume Pricing rule with up to 2 tiers, and 1 registration form with application review, tagging and approval emails.
Essentials makes Custom Pricing, Volume Pricing and registration forms unlimited, and adds Auto Tags, Orders Custom Fields, Quick create, multi-step forms, custom form fields and auto-approve.
Advanced adds the order and transaction modules (Order Limits, Quantity Increments, Net Terms, Manual Orders, Discount Codes, Buy One Get One), Shipping Rate, Extra Fee, the tax and currency modules (Tax Exempt, Tax Display, Multi Currency), Shopify B2B company locations, and the integrations with Klaviyo, LangShop, Zapiet, Sufio, Order Printer Pro and EasyCSV.
Platinum adds Price Lists, variant-level pricing, price increases and markups, CSV import of pricing rules and price lists, the Public API, Shopify POS, conditional form logic and US EIN validation.

Modular plans (legacy)
Before the current plans, B2B Solution was sold as modular plans: instead of a fixed set of features, you subscribed to the individual modules you needed (for example Custom Pricing or Net Terms). The modular plans appear in the app as Basic, Advanced and Enterprise, labeled Legacy modular plan.
They are no longer sold. If your store is already on one, you keep it as long as you stay subscribed.
You get the modules you subscribed to. The Current plan card lists them (for example "Modules: CP, RF") and each module shows its own plan gate only for modules that are not in your subscription.
Advanced features differ by plan. On Advanced modular and Enterprise modular, the extended options of Custom Pricing, Price List, Volume Pricing, Registration Form, Shipping Rate and Extra Fee are available for the modules you subscribed to. Increasing prices and the Public API are only available on Enterprise modular.
Locked-in price. You keep the price you pay while you stay on the same plan and billing cycle. Switching plan, changing billing cycle or cancelling moves you to the current price of the new plan and the old price cannot be restored. Use Switch to this plan on a current plan card to move to Essentials, Advanced or Platinum.
Billing and trial
How does the 14-day free trial work? The trial starts when you subscribe, with full access to all features of your selected plan. Billing begins after 14 days. The trial is counted once per store from your first subscription, so changing plans, cancelling or reinstalling does not restart it.
When will I be charged? Billing starts after your trial ends. Monthly plans are billed every 30 days and yearly plans annually, through your Shopify invoice. You are not charged if you uninstall the app before the trial ends.
Can I change plans at any time? Yes. Go to Pricing plans, pick Monthly or Yearly, then click Upgrade plan, Downgrade plan or Change plan on the plan you want and approve the charge in Shopify. Shopify handles prorations automatically. You do not need to cancel first: cancelling moves you to the Free plan and ends any locked-in price.
Is my data kept if I downgrade? Yes. Nothing is deleted. Rules of modules your new plan does not include stop applying on the storefront and work again when you upgrade. On Free, only your most recently created Volume Pricing rule applies (and only if it is quantity-based with no market, collection, tag, variant or exclusion conditions), and Custom Pricing rules that use collections or exclusions stop applying.
Can I use a discount code? Yes, on monthly and yearly plans. Click Apply discount code under the plan you are subscribing to, enter the code and click Apply.
How do I cancel? Go to Pricing plans, click Cancel subscription on the Current plan card, pick a reason if you like and confirm. The app stays installed on the Free plan with your rules and settings kept. You can also uninstall from Shopify admin under Settings › Apps.
Does the app support development stores? Yes. On a development store, apply for the free Development plan in the Choose a plan step: say who will test the app and why, then click Send request. When the store moves to a paid Shopify plan the free subscription is cancelled automatically and you need to subscribe again.
Manage your plan
In the Shopify admin, open the app and click Pricing plans in the sidebar.
Check the Current plan card: your plan, what you pay, and the date your trial ends or your next payment is due. Manage billing opens your Shopify billing page.
