How to use Passcode view pages Request?

Enable this feature to allow your customers to send passcode requests for locked pages. As the store owner, you'll have the ability to review these requests and make a decision to either approve or reject them.
You can enable and set up this feature by following these steps:
Select "Page restriction" on the Navigation bar -> then "Passcode Requests" in the "Passcode view pages" session → Click the "Turn on Passcode Request" button or toggle the button in the top right corner.
After completing the above steps, your store interface will display as shown below. To request a passcode, your customers will click on "Request passcode," then enter the necessary information and submit the request.
To manage customer passcode requests, click on "Passcode request" in the "Passcode view pages" session
To review a request, you can click on the eye icon in each row.
Click the "Choose passcode to give" button to select the passcode to send to the customer.
Select the passcode and send the email.
The "Approved" status will be displayed after you send the email.
Or
You can also approve a request by clicking the approval icon and sending an email.
If you want to reject a request, click "Reject"
The "Rejected" status will be displayed after you send the email.
