Referral program

To set up general settings for Referral program, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to Referral program tab by clicking on it on the navigation bar

2. Referral program status

Click on the toggle button to switch status On/Off. Only when status is On, BLOOP Referral can be displayed on your online store.

3. Who can join the program

a. Referrers - who can refer

There are 3 customer segments who can refer friends

• All customers: Everyone can refer friends without log in

• Members: Only customers who have already had account on store can refer friends, log in is required

• Specific customers: Only customers who were selected by storeowner can refer friends, log in is required

b. Referee - who can be referred

Only first-time customers, who did not have orders, account, and were not referred by anyone, can get referred and receive discounts.

4. Referral rewards

Rewards is set up similar to Discounts in Shopify admin.

With Reward for Referrers, you can add the minimum quantity of referees. Referrers can receive a reward only when the number of successful referrals is a multiple of the minimum quantity of referees.

5. Referral redirection URL

Customize the URL when customer click on the Referral link to a specific page of your store. With the example below, customers will be redirected to Collection page when they enter Referral link.

6. Social sharing

Enable the toggle of social channels on which you want to allow customers to share referral links.

Customers can easily refer friends by clicking on the social channel that they want to share among 4 channels below.
