Full Name: The affiliate's name.
Status: Shows whether the affiliate is:
Pending: Awaiting approval
Approved: Active affiliate
Rejected: Not accepted into the program
Email: The affiliate's registered email
Joined At: The date the affiliate joined the program
Program: The assigned campaign for the affiliate
Discount Code: The code assigned to the affiliate for their customers (if applicable)
Actions: Options to edit or view affiliate details.
To manually add a new affiliate, please click on the Add Affiliate button located in the top-right corner. This feature is useful for onboarding affiliates directly into your program without requiring them to sign up
Fill in the required information for the new affiliate:
First Name
Last Name
Campaign
After adding, the affiliate status will be automatically set as Approved.
Click on edit affiliate to see detailed information. The following sections are included
Total Sales: Total revenue generated by the affiliate's referrals
Total Commission: Total commission earned by the affiliate
Pending Commission: Commission pending approval
Affiliate campaign: The assigned campaign for the affiliate
Affiliate Link: Unique link for the affiliate to share with potential customers.
Commission Structure: Commission information for the affiliate
Recent referral orders: Displays details of orders referred by the affiliate
Order ID: Unique identifier for each order.
Referral Email: Email of the customer who placed the order.
Sales Amount: Revenue generated by the order.
Commission: Amount earned by the affiliate from the order.
Affiliate Information
Status: Approval status of the affiliate (Approved, Pending, Rejected).
First Name / Last Name: Affiliate's name details.
Email: Contact email of the affiliate.
Discount Coupon
This is a unique code created for affiliates to share with their customers. When customers use the code to make a purchase, the order is credited to the affiliate, and they earn a commission.
You can create a discount code in Shopify Admin and assign it to an affiliate in the app by clicking Assign Coupon button and entering the code.
