Customize email sender domain

Customizing your email sender domain requires collaboration between us and you. Please reach out via in-app Live chat or email at [e-mail] for assistance.

How it works

By default, our email notifications are sent through the domain email-bsscommerce.com. Even if you customize the sender address to something like [e-mail], the emails will still be delivered using our email-bsscommerce.com domain.

To customize the email sender domain, please follow these steps:

1. Provide us with your desired sending domain via Live chat or by emailing us at [e-mail].

2. Add the SPF record to your domain (we'll provide guidance during our conversation).

3. Add the DKIM record to your domain (we'll provide guidance during our conversation).

The SPF and DKIM records are essential for allowing our email service to send emails on behalf of your domain. Rest assured, we only send emails that you have configured in the app.
