How to create a Loyalty Program with Bloop app?

Follow these steps to set up a loyalty program for your Shopify store at ease and increase customer loyalty. Loyalty Program is only applied to sign-in customers.

Step 1: Click on Loyalty Program on the navigation menu and switch the toggle button to ON.

You can also change the Points Currency, including Singular and Plural form. The examples of each type will be displayed below corresponding field. It will be displayed at the storefront as the rewards currency.

Step 2: Set up rules for Loyalty Program.

Click on Earn & Redeem tab on the navigation menu to set up ways to Earn & Redeem.

Ways to earn points:

Click on button Edit to edit the default way to earn points.

Currently, we only provide Place an order as a way to earn points. The feature for Sign up will be coming soon.

Please note that you can only choose each way to earn points (Place an order/ Sign up) once.

Earning type is defaulted as Increments of points based on amount spent since the second option is not available at the moment. Your customers will get more points with larger spending.
Earning value: Customer will receive exact points when spending an exact amount on total value of order.
Apply to customer: Choose customer segments to apply Loyalty Program to.
Setting: This feature is unavailable at the moment.

Ways to redeem points:

Click on the button Edit to edit the default way to redeem points.

You can add as much as ways to redeem points as you need. All of them are in type of Fixed-amount discount.

Redemption type is defaulted as Fixed amount of points since the second option is not available at the moment. Earned points can be exchanged to fixed-amount discounts.
Reward value: Customer will receive a fixed discount value when exchange the exact number of points.
Apply to: Choose the target of discount (order/collection).
Minimum order requirement: You customers must spend at least of this value to get discounts.
Reward expiry: This feature will be coming soon.

You can quickly change the status of rules by click on the Enable/Disable button.

Step 3: Save changes and Check Loyalty program at the storefront.

Here is an example of how it looks like at your storefront.

You can earn points, redeem points, or receive rewards.

Earn points: Ways to earn points and your total available points will be displayed here.

Redeem points: your total available points and ways to redeem points will be displayed here. Click on the Redeem button to redeem points to discount. Then you can copy and use discount codes as usual.
