How to manage Loyalty customers?

With BLOOP: Loyalty & Referral, you can easily manage your customers who joined Loyalty program.

Step 1: Click on Loyalty program on the navigation bar.

Step 2: Click on the sub-tab Customers.

Step 3: Track the general information of all customers joining Loyalty program.

Step 4: Click on the Edit button to see the details information of that customer.

Then you will see some detailed information of that customer:

• Earning History includes all activities that customer could earn points. Please note that it can only be counted from September 29th, 2023.

• Redemption History includes all redemptions of that customer.

• Points: The total current points of that customer will be displayed here.
