What features included in your BLoop Loyalty & Referrals?

On the current version of Bloop: Rewards & Referrals, we have two main features:

1. Referral Programs

You will work within this section to establish basic functions of a Referral Program including:

REFERRAL RULE: set-up for referral content

  • Create multiple rules about your referral program

  • Choose referral flow

  • Set discount amount/ requirements for the referrers and the referees

Also, you can have an overview of significant turnover data (Total Referrers, Referral Revenue, Successful Referrals)

Branding: Visual display of Referral Program

  • In-app themes: ready-to-use and self-created templates

  • Adjustable sample title/ description

  • Turn on social sharing options

  • Step-by-step instruction to present your program on the Shopify Store

  • Turn on shareable links on 3 platforms

  • Adjustable sample texts

  • Customized Image/ logo

Email Notification: Default set up for seamless referral emails

  • Sharing email: enable the referrer to send out an email to the referee

  • Successful Notification email: notify the referrer for a successful referral with a promotion code

  • Both include adjustable sample subject/ body content/ button content and Banner Image

2. Loyalty program

You will work within this section to establish basic functions of a Loyalty Program with ways to Earn $ Redeem.

Ways to earn points: set up how to earn points

  • Place an order

  • Sign up

You can only choose each way once when setting up rules, with the following information:

  • Earning type

  • Earning value

  • Customers

  • Settings

Ways to redeem points: set up how to redeem points. Points will be exchanged to discount amount, which is called Fixed-amount discount.

You can set up rules with the following information:

  • Redemption type

  • Reward value

  • Apply to (order/collection)

  • Minimum order requirements

  • Reward expiry
