Shopify POS integration
To start using BLOY Loyalty with your Shopify POS, please follow these steps below:
Step 1: Install Point of sale from the Shopify App store to your store
Step 2: Add BLOY Loyalty to the POS Smart Grid
From navigation tab, go to Settings > POS apps > BLOY Loyalty POS extension
Click Add to Smart Grid to display the BLOY Loyalty block on your POS interface
Step 3: Download Shopify POS on Your Device
Step 4: Log in to Your Shopify Store on your device
Once logged in, you will see the BLOY Loyalty block displayed on your smart grid screen.
Step 5: Enter Customer Information
To view loyalty details:
Enter or select the customer information (such as phone number or email).
Tap the BLOY Loyalty block, loyalty points and status will be displayed.
Step 6: Earn or Redeem Points
You can:
Award points to customers for their purchases
Redeem points and apply discount directly during checkout
