Version 2 Policy Update
Trial and Downgrade Policy
When you upgrade to Version 2, a 14-day free trial is automatically activated. During this trial period, you can explore and test all Version 2 features for free.
However, if you decide that Version 2 does not fit your needs, you must contact our support team within the 14-day trial to request a downgrade back to Version 1.
Please note:
After the 14-day trial period ends, you will no longer be able to downgrade to Version 1.
This is due to structural changes in how Version 2 operates compared to Version 1, making the two versions incompatible after full activation.
This policy is in place to ensure a smooth testing phase without interrupting your store’s operations.
FAQ:
Q: What happens if I miss the 14-day window? A: After the trial period, your store will be fully migrated to Version 2 and it will not be possible to switch back to Version 1.
Q: Will I lose my data when upgrading to V2? A: No, your data will be preserved. However, once the trial ends, some data changes may not be reversible if you try to go back to V1.
Pricing Policy
In Version 2, the pricing is automatically linked to your Shopify plan. You no longer need to manually select a subscription plan for our app.
Here’s how it works:
The B2B app will detect your Shopify store plan and automatically assign the corresponding pricing tier.
For example, if your Shopify store is on the Grow plan, the app will apply the B2B Grow plan ($24.99/month). If you are on the Advanced plan, the app will match you with the B2B Advanced plan, and so on.
This ensures consistent billing and prevents misconfiguration across different stores.
FAQ:
Q: Can I choose a lower-priced plan than my Shopify plan? A: No. Starting from Version 2, you can only subscribe to the app plan that matches your Shopify plan.
Q: Is the 14-day trial included in this new pricing system? A: Yes. The 14-day trial begins automatically when you upgrade to Version 2. You will not be charged during this period.
