How we calculates and pays for partners

To understand how referrals and earnings are managed in our affiliate program, here's a breakdown of the process:

1. Data Tracking and Calculation:

   • Our affiliate program operates on the internal tracking platform. The platform is responsible for tracking and updating the latest data on billing from Shopify every 24 hours. This ensures that your referral information and earnings are always current and accurate.

   • The commission will be calculated from the day you submit the referral.

   • The commission for the yearly charge would be equally distributed every month. For example, if you get a $120 commission divided by 12 months = $10 each month (withdrawable amount)

2. Commission Calculation:

   • You will earn a commission of 20% on the net revenue we receive from Shopify for each sale made through your referral submission. This net amount is calculated after deducting any additional fees, such as commission fees, transaction fees, etc.

3. Reaching the Payout Threshold:

   • Once your earnings exceed $100, you can request a payout. To do this, simply click on the 'request to pay' option on your My Apps dashboard.

   
4. Payment Process:

   • Payments are processed through PayPal. Make sure your PayPal information is updated and correct in your Affiliate account to ensure a smooth transaction.

5. Monitoring Your Earnings:

   • You can view all your referral information and track your earnings directly on the platform. This allows you to monitor your performance and manage your account effectively.
