Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to our Affiliate/Referral Program. By participating in our program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before applying to become an affiliate.

2. Affiliate Commissions and Payments

a) As an affiliate partner, you are entitled to a continuous 20% commission on every sale generated through your unique affiliate link.

b) Commissions are only paid on successfully completed sales and do not include refunds or chargebacks.

c) The minimum threshold for withdrawal of affiliate earnings is $100. You must accumulate a minimum of $100 in commissions before you can request a withdrawal.

d) Payment will be made through the payment method specified in your affiliate account. It is your responsibility to ensure that all payment information is accurate and up to date.

3. Obligations of the Affiliate

a) You must use ethical and legal means to promote our services. This includes adhering to all federal, state, and local laws as well as the terms of service of any third-party platforms you may use to promote our services.

b) You should maintain the highest standards of professionalism, avoiding any behavior that could reflect negatively on our brand or our services.

c) You agree not to create or distribute any unauthorized marketing material that may mislead consumers or violate any laws or regulations.

4. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from using any fraudulent or deceptive practices to generate sales or commission. This includes but is not limited to:

a) The use of unsolicited email, spamming, or violation of any anti-spamming laws.

b) The creation of fake accounts, fraudulent orders, or any other deceitful actions that would appear as a legitimate sale.

c) Manipulation of our services, affiliate system, or commission tracking.

5. Termination

a) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to our business or other affiliates.

b) Specifically, if we detect any tricks, deceitful behavior, or any form of manipulation from your side, we may immediately suspend or terminate your affiliate contract.

c) Upon termination, any unpaid commissions that have not reached the withdrawal threshold will be forfeited.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules. If any of the modifications are unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. If you continue participation in the program, it will be considered as your acceptance of the change.

By submitting your application and by your use of the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
