How do Shopify customers manage their subscriptions?

Customers can manage the subscriptions right from their My Account Dashboard

After clicking on "My Subscriptions", customers will be redirected to a dashboard listing all subscriptions they have paid.

Customers can see this information in the grid: Subscriptions ID, Product Name, The next billing date, status of the subscription

On the subscription detail page, customers can:

  • Skip Installment: skip the next billing date

  • Cancel: cancel the subscription plan

  • Pause: pause the subscription plan

  • Update Payment Method: an email will be sent to customers' email to change the payment method
