Set up your rule by using a condition requiring passcode
Choose your content: Select Entire website to restrict access to the whole storefront.
Set the rule: Choose If the customer gives the passcode.
Configure your passcodes:
Enter one or more passcodes.
Choose whether passcodes should be case-sensitive.
Use Extra settings to customize how the passcode behaves (e.g., session duration, one-time use, etc.).
Customize the Passcode Page:
Scroll down to Message on Passcode Page to enter a custom message.
Click “Custom now” to:
Style the passcode form.
Enable the Request Passcode feature so customers can send you a request form directly.
Optional: Choose from:
Exclude from lock rules
SEO and Meta Tag Options
Hide content on locked page
If none apply, click Save to apply the rule.
⏱️ After saving, B2B Lock will automatically install the rule to your theme — this takes around 5–10 seconds. ✅ A toast notification will confirm when the installation is complete.
Click "Check your store" to preview the results. If things don’t work as expected, select "Contact us" — we’re always here to help!
On restricted pages: A passcode form will be displayed.
When clicking “Request Passcode”: A popup will appear allowing users to submit their contact information so you can manually send them the passcode.
