How to integrate Bloop with Klaviyo?

Introduction

Klaviyo is an email marketing app that will help you target, personalize, and measure results for your online store.

The integration of Klaviyo and Bloop app allows you to:

• Sync your referral program member information with your Klaviyo account

• Create segments based on referral program information

• Edit Email with Bloop referral program properties

Instruction

Step 1: Install the Klaviyo app

Step 2: Integrate Klaviyo app with Bloop app

Go to Integration > Switch the toggle button to Enabled status

Step 3: Add your Klaviyo API key to sync data between the two systems

Click on the Go to configuration button.

Input your API key here and click on button Check to check if your API key is valid.

You can follow the instructions in How to manage your account's API keys to get your API key created in the Klaviyo app. If you don't have an API key, learn how to create one in the Klaviyo knowledge base. Please use a private, Full Access API key when connecting.

Step 4: Click on button Sync data to to begin the data sync

You can see which referral program properties will be synced to Klaviyo.

Note: All member accounts in Bloop will be added to Klaviyo as part of this sync.

Step 5: Bloop referral program information will be displayed in Klaviyo’s profile

You can check Bloop referral program information in the INFORMATION card in each profile.

Once everything is all set up, you can:

• Create segments of contacts with the Klaviyo and Bloop apps

• Add Bloop referral program information to an email campaign

This app integration allows you to create segments of contacts based on Bloop referral program information.

In the Definition Section, choose Properties about someone, then you can choose the Dimension as Custom properties from the Bloop app.

Segments can be created based on any of the following properties:

• BLOOP Is referrer

• BLOOP Is referee

• BLOOP Joining date

• BLOOP Joining source

• BLOOP Referral link

• BLOOP Referral revenue

• BLOOP Successful referrals

Add Bloop referral program information to an email campaign

When you create a new email campaign in Klaviyo, you have the option to add your referral program information to your campaign.

To do that, select a text box in your Klaviyo email campaign template and click on Add personalization.

The drop-down menu that appears will show you all of the Bloop referral program information that was synced with the Klaviyo app.

For example, when you select BLOOP Referral link, the inserted content will be displayed as below:
