How to create a way to redeem?

Step 1: Fro

m the Points program page, click on the Add way to redeem button to initiate a redeeming way.

Step 2: Choose from three ways to earn (Amount discount, Percentage discount, Free shipping) and hit the Add button.

Step 3: Set the reward name, status, discount code prefix if needed and determine how to earn points:

• Fixed number of points: Customers redeem a fixed number of points for discounts

• Increments of points: Customers redeem points incrementally from a set base amount for discounts

Step 4: Set other requirements for discounts generated by a redeeming way

• Purchase type: One-time purchase, Subscription or Both

• Apply to products: All products, Specific products, Products from specific collections

• Minimum requirements: None, Minimum purchase amount, Minimum quantity of items

• Combinations: Product discounts, Amount discounts, Shipping discounts

• Expiry date: set an expiration date from the creation date

Step 5: Hit the Save button on the top bar to create a new redeeming way.
