How to exclude a customer from the loyalty program?

To exclude a customer from the loyalty program, go to the Customers page and select the customer you want to exclude

Once excluded, customers cannot earn or redeem points through the loyalty program. They also won't see the loyalty widget and won't be notified of the exclusion.

You can always include re-include your customers in the loyalty program by adding them to the program.
