Schedule & Trigger

Define when and how often your banner or popup appears to visitors. Use this setting to align your message with specific campaigns or user behavior.

1. Schedule

Control the display timing of your popup/banner.

1.1 Visibility Time

Show your banner/popup only during a specific period. Useful for campaign-based promotions like BFCM, Christmas Sale, etc.

1.2 Display in Fixed Time Range

Set banners/popups to appear only during specific hours of the day. E.g., Show a lunch discount popup only between 11 AM – 2 PM.

2. Trigger:

2.1 When to Show the Banner/Popup

This setting defines how the banner or popup gets triggered on the page.

Popup Triggers

  • After a Specific Time Show the popup after a short delay (e.g., 5 seconds), giving visitors time to browse first.

  • After Scrolling Display the popup when users scroll past a certain percentage of the page (e.g., 50%). → This targets more engaged visitors.

  • Exit Intent (desktop only) Show the popup when the visitor moves their mouse toward the browser’s top — often a sign they’re about to leave. → Best for last-chance offers or to collect emails before drop-off.

Banner Trigger

  • After a Specific Time Banners currently support showing after a delay (e.g., 3 seconds). → Good for drawing attention after users settle into the page.

2.2 If Closed, When to Show Again?

Configure whether and when the popup/banner reappears after being dismissed:

  • After Reload Show again every time the page reloads. ⚠️ Use with caution — may annoy visitors if overused.

  • Don't Show Again Popup/banner will no longer appear once closed. → Great for one-time messages.

  • In Specific Days Delay reappearing popup/banner until a set number of days have passed since last interaction. → E.g., After 3 days, show again.
