Full Setup Guide
Required Step
Before creating a Quote Logic, make sure the app has been embedded into your current theme.
You can check the embed status on your app dashboard.
If it hasn’t been embedded yet, follow the instructions to enable the app on your current theme.
Step 1: Create a New Quote Logic
Click Request For Quote in the left navigation menu.

In the Request For Quotes Dashboard, click Set up Logics, then click Create New Logic.


Step 2: Choose Store Type & Access Settings
A pop-up will appear asking you to select your Store Type:
Default Store
B2B Store (available only on Shopify Plus store)
Then click Create Logic.

Once selected, you’ll enter a configuration window with 3 tabs:
Set Up Quote Visibility
Set Up Prices & Buttons
Customize Quote Form
Customize Quote Widget

Start with the first tab, Set Up Quote Visibility.
Step 3: Set Up Quote Visibility
Here’s where you define who can see the quote form and on which products.
Enter a name for your quote logic.
(Optional) Set a priority level.
Choose which customer groups will see the quote option.
Select the products or collections where the quote form will appear.

When done, click the next tab, Set Up Prices & Buttons.
Step 4: Set Up Prices & Buttons
You will see 2 sub-tabs on the left-hand menu:
Hide Price Settings: Choose whether to show or hide product prices.
If you show your prices, you can choose whether to show or hide Add to cart and Buy now buttons.
If you choose to hide prices, we'll have to hide the default Shopify Button to prevent your customers from adding items to the cart (where they must see the prices to check out).

Button Settings:
Decide where to display the quote button on the Product Page, or if you want to show it on your Collection Page.
We also give you full options to customize the button’s text, color, and styling.

Click the next tab Customize Quote Form to continue.
Step 5: Customize Quote Form
In this final setup tab, you will see 3 sub-tabs on the left-hand menu:
1. Product Information
Here, you can choose to show or hide product-related details in the quote form, such as: SKU, Vendor, Type, Barcode, Offer price(allow buyer to enter their offer prices), etc.
Simply check the box next to the type of information you want to display in the form.

2. Form Fields
This section allows you to add, remove, hide, or edit form fields shown in the quote form.

3. Form Styles
Customize the form’s appearance to match your store’s branding: Adjust border width and border radius and select your color scheme.

You can switch to the After Submit tab to preview the modal that appears after a customer submits a quote.

When everything is set, click Save and close the window to apply your changes.

Step 6: Test the Quote Form on Your Storefront
Go to your store and log in as a customer who matches the logic you just set. If you choose all customers, you won't need to log in.
Navigate to a product or collection with the quote form enabled. Click Add to Quote, fill in the form, and click Submit Quote.
Use your own email when filling out the form to check the email so you can test receiving the proposal later.

Step 7: Review the Quote in Admin
Return to the app admin panel. Go to Request For Quote → Quote Requests → View and Edit

Find the quote you just submitted and click on it.

You’ll see all quote details, including: Products & quantities, Customer info, other information (custom fields) customers have submitted.
Here, you can:
Edit the quote: adjust quantity, add a custom quoted price, or update the message.

Click Send Proposal Email to send the quote to the customer.

Open your mailbox (of the email you filled out on the quote form), you'll see the quote proposal email there.

Step 8: Finalize & Convert to Draft Order
Once you and the customer agree on pricing via email, phone, or other methods, return to the quote in the submission list. Update the quote with final prices, quantities, and notes.
Click Convert to Draft Order.

You’ll now see the quote converted into a Shopify Draft Order, where you can send an invoice directly from Shopify admin.
