This page will walk you through the app to understand how it works, and where you can find the configuration you need for your store.
1. App Dashboard
The App Dashboard is the first screen you’ll see when you open the app. It gives you a clear overview and quick access to everything you need.

1.1. Onboarding section
This section guides you through your first setup steps. It appears right after installing the app from the Shopify App Store.
Simply click the button for each step and follow the instructions to configure each module.
Once completed, return to the dashboard and mark the step as done.
If you don’t need this section, click the … button to dismiss it.
1.2. Quick Access

This section gives you shortcuts to important actions so you can get things done faster:
Quote Submission List: View all quote requests sent to your store.
Create Quote Logic: Set up rules for how quotes work.
Create Quick Order Page: Build a custom bulk order page for your customers.
1.3. Quick Analytics
See how your app is performing at a glance. This section shows key metrics such as:
Quick Order: Page limits, active users, and page visits
Request for Quotes: Logic limits, quotes requested, and quote-to-order conversion rate
Use these insights to measure engagement and make better decisions.

This page helps you manage and monitor your Quick Order setup. From here, you can create pages, view performance, and access helpful guides.

Access the Quick Order module by clicking Quick Order in the left-hand navigation menu.
2.1. Create and Manage Quick Order Pages
This section is where you create or edit your Quick Order pages. Click the Configure button to get started.

2.2. Metrics
This section helps you understand how your customers use Quick Order Pages.

Active users: Unique users visit your pages in the chosen period.
Quick order page visits: View how many users interacted with Quick Order pages.
2.3. Guide Videos
At the bottom of the page, you’ll find short videos to help you get started.

3. Request For Quotes Module
The Request for Quotes module helps you manage custom quote requests from your customers. Use this space to build quote workflows tailored to your business needs, from setting visibility rules to designing quote forms and automating email notifications.

Access the Request for Quotes module by clicking Request for Quotes in the left-hand navigation menu.
3.1. Quote Submission List
View and manage all quote requests submitted by customers. You can filter by customer, quote status, or submission date to easily track and respond to requests.

Define which customers can request a quote. Set rules for visibility, choose which products are quote-enabled, and customize the quote button and form.

3.3. Settings
Configure email templates and notification settings for both store admins and customers. Keep everyone informed at each stage of the quote process.

Number of Quote Requests: Total quote submissions over a selected period.
Quote-to-Order Conversion Rate: The percentage of quotes that converted into actual orders.
