How to approve our support request?

We'll submit the request to fix the issue or make the customization for you. Please let us know once you approve it, and we'll proceed right away.

3 steps to approve our collaborator request

STEP 1: Click the notification icon in the upper right corner, and you'll see an alert about a new collaborator request from support-sbc-ta@bsscommerce.com. Simply click on the notification to view it directly.

If you don't see the notification, you can go to Settings -> Users and permission

  • Note: If you're using Shopify Plus, the look might be different, please check Users -> Security instead

STEP 2: Scroll down to "Collaborators". You will see "Tech Arms (by BSS Commerce) Support" request access to your store. Click on it

STEP 3: We already ticked the permissions we needed. So you just need to click "accept request"

Please let us know once you approve the request so we can help you quickly!
