How to Setup Conditions for a Sales Pop-up?

BSS App: Banner & Pop-up allows you to set multiple conditions for your sale pop-up. Common conditions include display pages, customer segments, scheduling, and countries.

Here is a guide on how to set conditions:

Display Conditions: These conditions determine whether the sales pop-up is shown or hidden based on the page.

• Show Sales Pop-up on: The sales pop-up will display on the pages you select.

• Do not show sales pop-up on: The sales pop-up will NOT display on the pages you select.

If you set both conditions, the system will combine them using the AND operator (&&). The sales pop-up will only display if both conditions are met.

Customer Conditions: These conditions specify which customers will see the sales pop-up.

• Select customers: The selected customers will see the sales pop-up.

  • All: All customers will see the sales pop-up.

  • Logged in customer: Only logged-in customers will see the sales pop-up.

  • Specific customer(s): Choose specific customers from your customer data.

  

  • Specific customer tag(s): Choose specify which customers with particular tags will see the sales pop-up.

  
• Exclude customers: The opposite of Select customers. Customers selected in this section will NOT see the sales pop-up.

If you set both conditions, the system will combine them using the AND operator (&&). The banner will only display if both conditions are met.

Schedule:

• Display time: This condition relates to the duration the sales pop-up will be displayed on the screen, measured in seconds.

• Number of sales pop-up displays: This setting controls how many times the pop-up will appear during a session. For example, if set to 5, the pop-up will show up, disappear after the specified Display Time, and then reappear up to 5 times in total during the same session.

Country Conditions: The sales pop-up will display in selected countries based on the IP address that matches the selected countries in the system.

If no countries are selected, the sales pop-up will display for all countries.

If specific countries are selected, the sales pop-up will only display for users from those countries.
