A Step-by-Step Setup Guide of BSS: Product Variants Options

Thank you for installing our app! If you are a first-time user, you will encounter the setup guide at your dashboard.

The setup guide consists of five tasks, and you can use the progress bar to track your completed tasks. Each task is expandable and by clicking on the task. Here are the detailed instructions on the five tasks:

1. Enable the App embed block

By clicking on the Activate app embed block, you will be directed to the Theme Settings to embed BSS: Product Variants Options to your theme.

Make sure the toggle is automatically switched on to embed the app into your store and click Save to save your changes.

2. Turn on the Application status

Switch the toggle to turn on the application status first to see the app features on your online store.

3. Create the first Option set

Click on the Create a new option set button to set up an option set and check it on your online store.

You will then be directed to the Option Sets tab, where you can create a new option set (refer to our guide to create a product option set here).

4. Add the Advanced features (Optional)

Utilize your option set with advanced features: Price add-on, In-cart Editing, Discount box on Cart page, etc. by clicking on the Go to Install & Config button.

You will then be directed to the Install & Config tab, where you can switch the toggle on the enable any advanced features for your option sets.

5. Customize the display of your option set (Optional)

To design the look of your options to align with your brand by modifying sizes, colors, and implementing translations, click on the Go to Settings button.

You will then be directed to the Settings tab, where you can modify the display of your option sets at your storefront.
