Firstly, go to Option Sets section, and click on the button Import/Export on the page header.
Then you will see the page Import/Export option sets.
Import Option Sets
Step 1: On the banner, click on Download sample.
Step 2: Open the Downloaded file and fill in information of option sets. Make sure they follow the below standards.
General configuration standards
1. Each option set must have a unique Option_set_id.
2. Status must be one of these values
Enable
Disable
3. Apply_to_customers must be one of these values:
all
logged-in
not-logged-in
specific customers
customer tags
4. Apply_to_products must be one of these values:
all products
specific products
product collections
product tags
specific product variants
Exclude_products must be one of these values:
none
product tags
If Apply_to_customers is “specific customers”, then Customers_email must not be empty and must be separated by comma ",". Customers_email must already exists in your Shopify store.
If Apply_to_customers is “ customer tags”, then Customer_tags must not be empty. Customer_tags must be separated by comma ",".
If Apply_to_products is “specific products”, please enter at least one of these fields:
Product_name
Product _SKU
If Apply_to_products is “ product collections”, then Collection_name must not be empty.
If Apply_to_products is “ product tags”, then Product_tag must not be empty.
If Apply_to_products is “specific product variants”, please enter at least one of these fields:
Specific_product_variant_ID
Product _SKU
Product_name, Collection_name, Product_tag must be separated by comma ",".
Product _SKU and Specific_product_variant_ID must be in quotation marks and separated by comma ",".
If Exclude_products is “Product tags”, then Exclude_products_tags must not be empty and must be separated by comma ",".
Option_set_id, Option_set, Priority, Status, Apply_to_customers, Apply_to_products, Option_id, Option_name (Label_on_product), Label_on_cart, and Option_type must not be empty.
Option sets configuration standards
In one Option_set_id, Option_name (Label_on_product) and Label_on_cart of distinct option types must be different.
If Option_type is “radio button, checkbox, dropdown menu, dropdown menu with thumbnail, swatch, button”, then Option_value must not be empty.
If Option_type is “swatch”, then Swatch_value must not be empty.
If Option_type is "date picker", then Date_picker_type must be one of these values:
date time picker
date range
If Option_type is "instruction", then Instruction_content must not be empty.
Default value of Option_price_type is ''create fee", fill in Option_price for price add-on or input 'assign to variant' in Option_price_type and fill in Option_variant_ID.
Option_price and Option_variant can not be inputted at the same time in one row.
Display_Date_Time must be one of these values:
Date & Time
Only Date
Only Time (only if Date_picker_type is date time picker)
Time_format must be one of these values:
12h
24h
Overall_format must be one of these values:
DD-MM-YYYY HH:mm
MM-DD-YYYY HH:mm
30th January, YYYY HH:mm
January 30th, YYYY HH:mm
Active_dates must be one of these values:
Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday

Sunday
If Active_date_time is not "all day", then Active_date_time_from and Active_date_time_to must not be empty. Active_date_time_from and Active_date_time_to must have format HH:mm.
Cutoff_date_time must be one of these values:
yes
no
Cutoff_date_time_unit must be one of these values:
minutes
hours
days
weeks
months
If Cutoff_date_time is "yes", Cutoff_date_time_number must not be empty.
If Disable_specific_dates is "yes", Disable_specific_dates_dates must not be empty.
If Disable_range_dates is "yes", Disable_range_dates_range must not be empty.
Disable_past_dates must be one of these values:
yes
no
If you want to find Product variants, click on the button Search Variant ID to search and copy Variant ID to your imported file.
Please note that only files less than 5MB can be checked and imported.
Step 3: Once you finish, on Import section, click Import and upload your edited file.
Make sure your file contains all the columns needed, if it doesn't, there'll be a message like below and you have to fix it.
Step 4: Click Check File CSV to make sure your file is valid.
Step 5: Edit your file if there's any change needed.
Step 6: After fixing all the errors, click Import and Add Options sets to import your option sets.
Export Option Sets
Step 1: Click on the button Export on the bottom of page, then a popup will display.
Step 2: If you want to export all option sets, tick All option sets. Otherwise, you can choose specific option sets to export by clicking Selected option sets and selectthem.
Step 3: Click Export option sets, the export file will be generated and downloaded.
