How to create product option sets?

Follow this guide for more details:

Step 1: Enable the App Embed

Go to Dashboard > Click on Activate app embed block

You will be redirected to the Theme Editor page. Make sure the toggle for the app embed is switched on and click Save to make your changes.

Step 2: Create an option set

Go to Option Sets > Click on Create new option set button

Step 3: Enter the General Information & Apply to Products/Customers:

• General Information:

  • Option set name: Name of the option set

  • Priority: Highest priority is 0. Priority is used when there're same option sets rule for the same products/customers.

  • Status: Status of the option set (Enable/Disable)

• Apply to Customers/Apply to Products: You can set how the option set will be applied to custom product & customer groups under the Conditions tab.

  • Apply to Customers:

    • All customers (logged-in & not-logged-in customers)

    • Logged-in Customers

    • Not-logged-in Customers (Guests)

    • Specific customers

    • Customer tags

  • Apply to Products:

    • All products

    • Specific products

    • Product collections

    • Product Tags

• Exclude Products: The option set will NOT be applied to selected products in this section.

Step 4: Set up option types for the option set

• Option Type: Choose the option type you want to set up

  • Text box/Text area: Allows buyers to enter any text they want (Note: Emojis are not allowed to type)

  

  • Number field: Allows customers to enter numbers only

  

  • Email: Allows customers to enter emails

  

  • Checkbox/Button: Allows customers to choose multiple options (Store owners can setup the option values)

  

  • Dropdown menu/Radio button: Allow customers to choose a single option (Store owners can setup the option values)

  • Swatch: Allow customers to choose color or image swatches. Store owners can choose either HEX/RGB/HSL color codes.

  

  • File upload: Allows customers to upload files for customization

  

  • Date & Time: Allows customers to pick dates and times

  

  • Instruction: Displays instructional texts on the storefront

  

  • Color picker: Allows customers to precisely choose colors with HEX/RGB/HSL color codes

  
• Label on product page: Option title displayed on Product page

• Label on cart page: Option title displayed on Cart page

Step 5: Click Save

The option set will be saved, you can Enable/Disable/Delete the option set by ticking the option set > Actions > Select the action you want to take.
