How to add a Discount box on the Cart page? How does it work at the storefront?

Please follow these steps to quickly setup the options:

Step 1: Enable the Discount box on Cart page feature on our app.

Go to Install & Config > Switch "Discount box on Cart page" to Enabled.

Step 2: Set up an Option set.

You can follow this guide to set up an option set.

Step 3: Save the Option set and check on the storefront.

The result on Cart page

The Discount box only appears on Cart page when your customers have at least one product with price add-on options.

Your customers only can apply a discount code successfully when they use an available discount code with matching rules (for products, customers, etc.) for a non-empty cart. Only discount codes type Amount off product and Amount off order can be applied.

When discount is applied successfully

The discount code will be applied to both the original price and the price add-on (if any).

The result on Checkout page

Discount code will be automatically applied in the Checkout page.
