This section is editable: you can add your notes or edit the customer's notes as needed.

Two options are available:

Total: Final total based on items + shipping + tax.
2.5. Export PDF
You can easily generate a professional, formatted PDF of any saved quote for your own records or to send to a customer manually. The exported PDF will use the layout and content defined in your central PDF Template.
A modal window titled "Export Quote as PDF" will appear. This modal shows you a final preview of how your PDF will look, populated with the specific data from the quote you are viewing
If you need to make changes to the layout or branding, you can use the link provided "Quote PDF Template" in the modal to go to the template editor.
Click the Export button to proceed.
Your browser will download the PDF file to your device, and a success message will appear. The filename will be automatically generated based on the format you configured in the PDF Template settings.

Note: This button will be disabled for unsaved quotes. You must save the quote at least once before you can export it. If you have unsaved changes, the app will prompt you to save before exporting.

2.6. Other actions
Send Proposal Email: Sends a quote summary to the customer's email.
When clicked, a preview screen will appear with the customer’s email pre-filled so you can double-check the content.
This email template can be customized in the Quote Settings.
Convert to Draft Order:
Once the negotiation is complete and prices are finalized, you can convert the quote into a draft order and send the invoice to the customer.
Note: After conversion, you will no longer be able to edit the quote or send a proposal email.
