2. Quote Details

This screen shows all the information related to the quote submitted by the customer on your storefront: quoted items, customer information, and any additional notes (depending on the form fields configured in the quote rule).

2.1. Products

Lists all items the customer has quoted. For each product, you'll see its name, options (e.g., size, material), SKU, and quantity.

You can edit the quote as needed:

  • Add More Products: Use the search bar to find and add more products to the quote.

  • Edit Quoted Price: Enter the custom price per unit you want to offer.

  • Total: Automatically calculated by multiplying the quantity by the quoted price.

2.2. Customer

  • General Information: Displays customer name, email, shipping address, phone number, etc. (The specific information shown depends on the settings in: Quote Logic > Customize Form > Form Fields).

2.3. Add Note

Everything submitted via custom form fields will appear here, regardless of whether the original field type was a date, number, or checkbox, the data will be shown as plain text.

This section is editable: you can add your notes or edit the customer's notes as needed.

2.4. Payment Summary

  • Subtotal: Sum of all product totals.

  • Add Shipping: You can click to add shipping costs.

    Two options are available:

    • Choose from available shipping rates set up in Shopify Admin that are applicable to the quote.

    • Add a custom shipping rate manually.

  • Estimate Tax: You can click to add estimated tax (Taxes are calculated automatically by Shopify; the app does not interfere with this logic)

  • Total: Final total based on items + shipping + tax.

2.5. Other actions

  • Send Proposal Email: Sends a quote summary to the customer's email.

When clicked, a preview screen will appear with the customer’s email pre-filled so you can double-check the content.

  • Convert to Draft Order:

Once the negotiation is complete and prices are finalized, you can convert the quote into a draft order and send the invoice to the customer.
