STEP 1: Click the notification icon in the upper right corner, and you'll see an alert about a new collaborator request from help@bsscommerce.com. Simply click on the notification to view it directly.
If you don't see the notification, you can go to Settings -> Users and permission
Note: If you're using Shopify Plus, the look might be different, please check Users -> Security instead
STEP 2: Scroll down to "Collaborators". You will see "BSS Commerce (Support)" request access to your store. Click on it
STEP 3: We already ticked the permissions we needed. So you just need to click "accept request"
