Learn how to import multiple store locations using CSV

Our MAPPY: Dealer & Store Locator app offers an option to import multiple locations at once using a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file. This feature saves time and ensures accuracy in managing your location data. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:

Step 1: Go to All Location page and refer to the Import/Export button

Choose Bulk Location Import

From the Import locations page, click on the Download sample file to download a sample CSV file

Step 2: Fill in Required Information

Open the downloaded CSV file and fill in the necessary fields. Ensure that the "locationName" and "address" fields are completed for each store location. You may also include additional details if needed.

Step 3: Upload CSV File

Once you've filled in the required information, navigate to the import section of our app. Select the CSV file from your device and upload it.

Step 4: Check the import file

Once you have successfully uploaded the import file, refer to the Check import file button to check your CSV file for any missing values.

Step 5: Import locations

Once the import file is valid, you can click on the Import all locations button situated in the banner to proceed to import all locations.

Once the import is completed, a toast message saying "Locations imported" will show up and you will see your stores listed in the table.
