This data can be helpful if you're looking to open new stores or gather data on where your customers are located. By analyzing search and interaction patterns, you can make informed decisions on store placements, marketing strategies, and customer engagement improvements.
Top Searched Locations: Shows the most frequently searched locations.
Top Customer Locations by Country: Highlights the countries where most searches originated.
Top Customer Locations by City: Displays cities with the most search activity.
Actions: Click "Show list" to view detailed search statistics.
Purpose: Provides a geographical representation of searches and customer origins.
Features:
Searched Locations (Red): Indicates where customers are searching for stores.
Customer Origin (Blue): Shows customer locations based on IP data.
Color Intensity: Represents search frequency, with darker colors indicating higher activity.
Actions:
Download raw data: Export detailed search and interaction data for further analysis.
Zoom in/out to focus on specific regions or get an overview.
Click on each dot to see the detailed address, lat/long and search count.
Purpose: Tracks engagement metrics for each store listed in your locator.
Metrics Available:
Views: Total number of times the store has been viewed.
Email Clicks: Number of times the store’s email link was clicked.
Phone Clicks: Number of phone call attempts made via the store locator.
Website Clicks: Number of clicks directing users to the store’s website.
Actions:
Search by store name to filter results.
Export the data for further analysis or reporting by clicking "Export data."
Monitor Popular Locations:
Use the "Top Searched Locations" chart to identify high-demand areas.
Utilize the heatmap to visualize search patterns geographically.
Understand Customer Distribution:
Check the "Top Customer Locations" charts to pinpoint your customer base's regions or cities.
Analyze Store Performance:
Review interaction metrics for each store to gauge customer interest and engagement.
Export Data:
Download raw or filtered data for reporting, deeper analysis, or sharing with stakeholders.
