MAPPY integrates Google Maps to display maps in your store locator. To enable this, Google requires an "API key" linked to your website. Follow the steps below to create and connect your API key to MAPPY, allowing your store locator map to function seamlessly.

Configuring Google API Settings ensures a secure and cost-effective integration with MAPPY.

Important Note on Google Maps Billing

Google Maps Platform provides a free usage limit of $200 in monthly credits, covering approximately 28,000 map loads or around 10,000–15,000 visits to your store locator. This free tier is usually sufficient for most MAPPY users. However, Google requires billing details to activate the API key, even if you don’t exceed the free credit. If your usage remains within this credit limit, no charges will apply, making it effectively free for moderate usage.
