Create First Location

You can create stores to display on your store locator page.

To add your first location, you can do one of the following:

  1. Click the Create first location button in the onboarding.

  1. Click the Add location button on the Dashboard.

  1. Or go to the All Locations tab and select Add Location.

From here, set up the following information:

  1. Status: Choose Active or Inactive to show/hide this location on the map.

  1. Store Name: Enter the name of your store.

  1. Information: Set up the basic details for your store so users can easily find and connect with you.

  • Phone: Provide a phone number so customers can reach you.

  • Email: Enter an email address for customer inquiries.

  • Website: Link to your store's website for more information.

  • Fax: Include a fax number if applicable for communications.

  • Location: Enter the specific address of the store.

  • Social network: Display clickable social media icons. Select the platforms you want and enter the corresponding links.

  • Custom field: Add your store's personalised information, eg featuring products, payment method, or anything it might be. Select Add Field to have more custom fields if you like

  1. Details:

  • Location Image: Upload an image for the store. This image can enhance the user experience by giving customers a better understanding of your store's appearance

  • Tag: Add descriptive tags for the store. These tags will appear as filter options, making it easier for customers to search for and find your store based on specific criteria.

  • Products: List featured products available at your store. This section allows you to highlight specific items that may attract customers' attention and encourage them to visit your location.

  • Description: Write a description for the store.

  1. Schedule: Set the opening and closing hours for the store.

  1. Coordinates: Enter the GPS coordinates for your location. This will help the location appear in the correct coordinates on the map and help customers find your store easily.

Click Find address on map to auto-detect the Location filled in the above information

Or click Manual setup to fill in the latitude and longitude manually for the most exact result

  1. Marker Style: This marker will appear as a location pin on your map. You can choose a marker style from the available library or upload your own custom marker image.

Remember to click Save to save the change

Your store is now created and appears in the list
