To add tags and notes for customers who use any passcode, you can enable this feature by following these steps:
The "Actions" section will appear every time you create/edit a rule
Enable the feature by selecting "Add new action" in the "Actions" section.
Choose the passcode for which you want to add a tag/note and select the type of action (tag or note) you want to apply to the customer.
Any passcode: Customers can enter any passcode you have added in the "Rule setup" section to access the locked page.
Then select "Add Customer tag/note" and enter the tag/note that you want to assign to the customer.
If you want to know which passcode the customer used, you can add the text "{passcode}" to the syntax to automatically add the customer's entered passcode to the note/tag.
For example, if the customer uses a passcode named "ddd". In the tag setup field, you enter the syntax "2024{passcode}", the customer will be tagged with "2024ddd" on the Shopify admin page.
You can add multiple tag/note actions by clicking "Add new action”
Once you're done, click "Save" to apply the changes.
Tags and notes will be automatically added when customers use the passcode.
Now, any time a customer uses a passcode, the note and tag will be automatically added to their profile, allowing you to better manage your customer interactions and provide personalized service.
For example, if you add 3 passcodes sequentially: "A12BN", "123", "ddd" then the customer can use any of these 3 passcodes to access the locked page.
