Why is my quote logic not working?
Although you can create multiple quote logics for your store, only one logic will apply at a time. Here's a common case that might cause confusion:
Example Scenario
Customer A belongs to Logic 1, which allows quoting Product B with Quote Form B1.
The same Customer A also matches Logic 2, which allows quoting Product C with Quote Form C1.
If A adds both Product B and Product C to the quote at the same time, the app doesn't know which quote form to show - B1 or C1?
Current Limitation
Right now, the app supports only one active quote logic per customer session to avoid conflicts.
We are actively working on improving this behavior and will update the app soon to better support complex B2B flows with multiple quote rules.
