How to create a Sale pop-up?

If you're running a sale promotion or offering free shipping, it's important to let your customers know. With the Sales pop-up feature, you can create a custom promotional message for your website that highlights ongoing sales, promotions, or offers.

This feature enables you to create a pop-up notification that grabs visitors' attention, encourages them to buy immediately, and increases your sales. By creating a sense of urgency, you can effectively engage your customers to take action before the offer expires. Additionally, it can also be used to promote new products or offer exclusive deals to existing customers, thus encouraging repeat business.

To create a Sales pop-up, you need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the Sales pop-up page, click Add New Sales Pop-up

Step 2: Fill in the required information in the General, Configuration and Conditions tabs

2.1. General Tab

Under the General:

Set the Status to Enable to display the pop-up. Otherwise, choose Disable.
Enter the Pop-up Name (required). Your customer won’t be able to see this Pop-up name.
In Show on Pages, tick to choose the page types you want to show the pop-up on.

Note that the features "Show pop-up on Specific pages" and "Do not Show pop-up on" are not yet available, but they will be added soon.

2.2. Configuration

Now, switch to the Configuration tab

You can create numerous types of information sales pop-ups by editing heading text and content text in the Template Section.

Go to the Template Section and edit the heading and content text to customize the message of your pop-up.
Fill in the pop-up link that will direct visitors to a specific page when they click on the pop-up.

To customize your Sales pop-up with a custom image, go to the Custom Image section

In the Custom Image section, you can Upload Image from your device or Select Pop-up from our available library.
If you accidentally upload the wrong image and want to replace it, select the "Delete" option and then upload or select a new image.

Please note the following:

You can only upload one image at a time.
The image format must be in JPG, SVG, PNG, WEBP, or GIF format, and the maximum size allowed is 2MB.

To preview your Sales pop-up and see how it will look, navigate to the Preview section.

2.3. Conditions tab

In the Conditions tab, you can select who you want to show your Sales pop-up to and set up the display time for you Sales pop-up

You can choose to show the pop-up to All customers or Logged In customers (feature coming soon) and Specific Tags (feature coming soon)
You can set the display time in the Timing section. After the time you set elapses, the pop-up will disappear from the screen.
