How to Approve Our Collaborator Request
Once we’ve submitted a collaborator request, your approval is required to grant us access to your store. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you approve the request easily.
3 steps to approve our collaborator request
STEP 1: Click the notification icon in the upper-right corner. You’ll see an alert about a new collaborator request from [email protected]. Simply click the notification to view the request directly.
If you don't see the notification, you can go to Settings → Users and permission
If you're using Shopify Plus, the layout might look different. In that case, check Users → Security instead.
STEP 2: Scroll down to Collaborators. You’ll see that Tech Arms (by BSS Commerce) Support has requested access to your store. Click the request to view details.
STEP 3:
In the App permissions section, make sure to check the box for BSS Labels & Badges.
We’ve already pre-selected the necessary permissions. Just click Accept request to approve.
