Can I exclude specific customers from seeing my badge?

The short answer is: yes! Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Badge sections and Create or Edit a new badge

  2. Fill in the information needed in General and Configuration tab

  3. Go to Conditions tab and move to the Select/Exclude Customers

    • None

    • Specific Customer(s): type to search for specific customer

    • Customer Tag(s): type to search for customer tags

4. Check your settings and click Save

You are now successfully setting up a badge that excludes specific customers from seeing it.
