How to display your inventory quantity on text labels?

To keep buyers informed about the inventory status of your products, you can add the inventory quantity to text labels. Follow the instructions below:

Step 1: From the Labels section, create a new label

Step 2: Fill in the required information in the General, Configuration and Conditions tabs

Step 3: In the Configuration tab, choose the label type as Text Label and customize the look of the label

Step 4: From the Content option, add the {inventory_quantity} variable

You can expand the list by clicking on the Show more text and select a product to preview

Depending on the actual product quantity, this variable can return one of three results:

• For products with quantity > 0, the {inventory_quantity} variable returns the static text configured in the Content box and the quantity in numeric form

• For products with quantity = 0, the {inventory_quantity} variable returns the Sold out text (users can customize the text by changing it in the Sold Out Text box)

• For products that have either Untrack quantity or Track quantity & continue selling when out of stock settings enabled, the {inventory_quantity} variable returns the Unlimited Stock text (users can customize the text by changing it in the Unlimited Stock Text box)

Step 5: Save and view

Once you have finished configuring your label, simply click on the Save button located in the top bar to complete the creation process.

The {inventory_quantity} variable will now appear on your text labels in your storefront as follows:

• When the product quantity is greater than 0

• When the product quantity equals 0

• When the product has either Untrack quantity or Track quantity & continue selling when out of stock settings enabled
