How to Provide Your Store's Collaborator Code

This guide will help you quickly locate your collaborator code. We need this code from your side to request collaborator access to your store.

Why do we need collaborator access to your store?

We require temporary access to your store to assist with setup or to fix the reported issue. We promise to be careful with every setting on your store. Once the issues are resolved, you can remove our access at any time.

3 steps to see the store's collaborator code

STEP 1: In the navigation menu, click Settings

STEP 2: In Settings, click Users and permissions

STEP 3: In the Users and permissions tab, scroll down to find Collaborators → Collaborator Request Code

Note: If you're using Shopify Plus, the layout might look different. In that case, please go to Users → Security instead.
