About LAI Product Reviews

LAI Product Reviews element is designed to help merchants increase product conversion rates. It displays star ratings under the product title, showcases most powerful reviews right on the home page, and creates a dedicated page to show all reviews in one place.

By integrating LAI Product Reviews and Product Labels with Badges, you can display labels and badges based on conditions related to reviews.

Here is our guide made for LAI Product Reviews integration with Product Labels and Badges app and create a label or badge based on review conditions.

How to integrate LAI Product Reviews with BSS Product Labels & Badges

Step 1: Install LAI Product Reviews to your Shopify store's apps.

Step 2: Go to BSS Product Labels and Badges, select "Integration" and Toggle ON the LAI Product Reviews integration

Step 3: Click “Configuration” in the LAI Product Review integration panel and select Create New Config

Step 4: Fill in the required information

In the pop-up page, fill in the information needed:

• Name: Enter the name of the rule

• Set the Status to Enable to enable the rule. Otherwise, choose Disable.

• Priority: Set the priority (highest priority is 0) when there are multiple rules for the same products or customers.

In the Select Label/Badge section, choose which label/badge you want to apply. Note that you must have at least one label or badge in the enabled status. You can follow this instructions How to create a Label/Badge? - BSS Product Labels & Badges (bsscommerce.com) to create a Label/Badge.

In the Settings section, please set up the rule:

• Label/Badge can be displayed if all/any of these condition(s) match

• For each condition, you can choose an option from the drop-down menu and option values could be "Greater than/Lesser than"

All options available:

• Total reviews: Total number of reviews.

• Review Point: An average review score.

• 1* reviews: A number of 1-star reviews

• 2* reviews: A number of 2-star reviews

• 3* reviews: A number of 3-star reviews

• 4* reviews: A number of 4-star reviews

• 5* reviews: A number of 5-star reviews

Note:

• The valid value for all options is a natural number except for Review Point, which is a decimal between 1 and 5.

• You can combine up to seven options for each condition.

Step 5: Save the changes

After creating a new config, you can manage all rules in the table grid
