How to Display Sales Pop-ups for Specific Customers?

With the Show to Customers and Exclude Customers options, you have the ability to tailor sales pop-up visibility to a selected group of customers. Follow our instructions below for more details.
Step 1: Access the Conditions tab
Go to BSS: Product Labels & Badges app
Create a new sales pop-up or select an existing one as you want
Navigate to the Conditions tab to customize the visibility of your sales pop-up
Step 2. Choose the target audience to make your sales pop-up visible to
Decide who can see your sales pop-up under the Show to customers option
All Customers: every visitor to your page can see your sales pop-up
Logged-in Customers: only logged-in visitors can see your sales pop-up
Specific Customers: only selected customers can see your sales pop-up
Specific Customer Tag(s): only customers with selected tag(s) can see your sales pop-up
Likewise, you can determine which customers are excluded from viewing your sales pop-up using the Exclude Customers option.
Step 3. Save your changes
Once you have adjusted the Show to Customers and Exclude Customers options, click Save on the top bar to save your changes.
Step 4. Preview
Visit your online store to check whether the sales pop-up displays for your selected customers. Make any further changes if necessary.
