View Visitors

To view visitor(s), follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the "Visitors" tab in the app's main menu.

You can see all of your visitors from the visitors' grid.

Step 2: Select time range to see Visitors.

You can select the provided date/date range or custom it by choosing in the calendar. It will help you to filter the exact visitors in a specific period of time.

Step 3: Select the visitor to view details.

Step 4: See details of Visitor and watch Recordings

In the detailed visitor tab, you will see the general information and all of the session recordings for that visitor.

Choose the session recording you want to watch and click on it to view.

That's it! You can now easily watch the session recordings of any specific visitor to gain insights into their behavior on your website.
