Using Analytics to Explore Customer Insights: A Step-by-Step Guide

The Analytics feature allows you to track and analyze the overall view of your customers behavior. By doing so, you can gain insights of geography, identify potential pages, and improve the overall user experience.

Step 1: Navigate to the "Analytics" tab in the app's main menu.

You can see all the metrics from this dashboard.

Step 2: Select the date range.

You can filter date range by default options or custom by selecting a date range in calendar. Please noted that you cannot select the future dates.

Step 3: Explore the insights from provided metrics.

  • Visitors: people who access to your store

You can select to see Total Visitors or Unique Visitors.

Total Visitors do not contain deleted visitors.

Unique Visitors do not count duplicated ones in selected time range but still keep the deleted ones.

  • Sessions: Total sessions in the selected date range.

  • Successful Orders: Total orders with successful checkout.

  • Locations: You can see the total sessions for each country.

  • Top Pages:

10 pages which have most views will be displayed in this section. The number of pageviews will be displayed on the right side of page's URL.

You can view specific page with its pageviews by clicking on the page URL.

Or you can click View all pages to view list of pages with the number of pageviews.

  • Order Funnels:

Order Funnel provides you an overall view of purchasing flow from Product view to Successful Order. The percentages of each step can help you in finding out what should be improved.

  • Device information:

This section gives you a general view of Browsers - Devices - Operating Systems that your customers use.

You can see details of each type by hovering the corresponding part.
