View Heatmaps

To use the heatmap feature in MIDA, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the "Heatmap" section of the app.

Step 2: Filter the date range and select Device type of Heatmaps.

Step 3: Choose the page that you want to analyze from the list of pages available.

Step 4: Choose the type of heatmap you want to use from the available options: Click, Move, or Scroll.

Click heatmap: This heatmap shows the areas of a webpage where visitors click the most. It helps you identify which elements on the page are getting the most attention and which ones are being ignored.

Move heatmap: This heatmap shows the areas of a webpage where visitors move their mouse cursor the most. It helps you understand how visitors navigate through your website and which areas are the most engaging.

Scroll heatmap: This heatmap shows the areas of a webpage that visitors view the most as they scroll down the page. It helps you understand how far visitors are scrolling down your website and which areas are being viewed the most.

Step 6: The heatmap will display a visual representation of user activity on your website.

The color of the heatmap indicates the frequency of user activity in a particular area of the page.

You can hover over the heatmap to see more detailed information about user activity, such as the number of clicks or the average scroll depth.

Use the insights gained from the heatmap to optimize your website and improve the user experience for your customers.
